Digital X-rays Intraoral Camera CBCT iTero scanner laser Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions, and prosthodontics. Conduct specialized procedures including dental implants, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Utilize advanced dental software like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for documentation, scheduling, and treatment planning. Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions to foster trust and understanding. Keep detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations while ensuring accuracy in medical documentation. Collaborate with team members on complex cases involving pediatric dentistry or anesthesiology to optimize patient outcomes. Stay current with the latest developments in dental technology and techniques through ongoing education and training. Skills Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for efficient practice management. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and healthcare diagnosis processes. Expertise in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics; experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus. Skilled in client communication to explain procedures clearly and empathetically while building rapport. Deep understanding of infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice. Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry and general healthcare practices. Experience working in a fast-paced dental office environment or clinic setting with a focus on quality patient care.
