Job Opportunity:
Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in Fort Wayne, IN 46804
Locum Position :
Temporary Dentist Facility :
Fort Wayne, IN 46804
Dates :
July 13-16 | Aug 18-20
Hours :
Mon- Thurs 8am-5pm | Fri-Sat 8am-3pm
Clinical Staff :
5 Required procedures : Surgical extractions Additional requirements/ info : extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
Contract Details:
Compensation:
$175 per hour
Overtime Rate:
$225 per hour
Malpractice Insurance:
Provided Requirements:
Updated Curriculum Vitae Professional IN License Active IN DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required) Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist. How to
