7 Days Family Dental is searching for the right General Dentist Associate to join our growing dental practice in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and have a strong background in various dental procedures. - Perform surgical procedures on patients, following established surgical techniques and protocols
- Conduct pre-operative consultations to assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize medical coding systems to accurately document procedures and diagnoses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as anesthesiologists and nurses, to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique during surgeries
- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and make necessary adjustments to ensure their safety and well-being
- Provide post-operative care, including follow-up examinations and monitoring of recovery progress
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, and medical research
- Use medical imaging technology for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Collaborate with the dental clinic team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Proficiency in dental clinic systems, including Dentrix Ascend, for efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Dental Degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Surgery
- Valid state medical license
- Proven experience as a Surgeon, with a strong track record of successful surgeries
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Dentrix
- Excellent knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
