7 Days Family Dental is searching for the right General Dentist Associate to join our growing dental practice in Indianapolis, IN. Duties:

• Perform surgical procedures on patients, following established surgical techniques and protocols
• Conduct pre-operative consultations to assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans
• Utilize medical coding systems to accurately document procedures and diagnoses
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as anesthesiologists and nurses, to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique during surgeries
• Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and make necessary adjustments to ensure their safety and well-being
• Provide post-operative care, including follow-up examinations and monitoring of recovery progress
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, and medical research
• Use medical imaging technology for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Collaborate with the dental clinic team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Proficiency in dental clinic systems, including Dentrix Ascend, for efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Dental Degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Surgery
• Valid state medical license
• Proven experience as a Surgeon, with a strong track record of successful surgeries
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Dentrix
• Excellent knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
