Job Description
One dependable clinical day. Guaranteed compensation. Production upside. Practice-paid malpractice. No evenings. No weekends. Hadley Family Dentistry is seeking a patient-focused general dentist who wants one consistent, well-supported clinical day each week—without committing to another full-time position. Work every Monday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our team handles scheduling, billing, and collections so you can concentrate on excellent dentistry and patient relationships.

We care for patients of all ages and value ethical treatment planning, patient comfort, clear communication, dependable follow-through, and respectful teamwork.COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
$1,000 guaranteed per scheduled Monday or 30% of adjusted doctor production, whichever is greater Practice-paid malpractice coverage Every Monday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. No evenings and no weekends No negative carry-forward or recoverable draw Transparent monthly production reporting In person at 5406 S. One predictable clinical day every week Established clinical and administrative support HFD handles scheduling, billing, and collections Independent clinical role within a collaborative, patient-centered private practice Permanent part-time position—not unpredictable temporary coverage Production upside: $4,000 of adjusted doctor production pays $1,200; $5,000 pays $1,500 WHATYOU'LL DO
Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral-health conditions Develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency care within your training and credentials Complete hygiene examinations and coordinate ongoing patient care Explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and aftercare clearly Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists, expanded-function dental assistants, other doctors, and administrative team members Refer patients appropriately when specialty care is in their best interestWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active, unrestricted Indiana dentist license by the start date Current CPR/BLS certification DEA registration when required for assigned services Ability to diagnose, treatment-plan, and provide general-dentistry care independently within scope Confidence with examinations, treatment planning, direct restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, and urgent care Strong clinical judgment, communication, professionalism, dependability, and reliable recurring Monday availability General-dentistry experience is preferred, but we care more about sound clinical judgment, reliability, and patient care than an arbitrary number of years. Additional experience with extractions, endodontics, removable prosthodontics, pediatric care, implant restoration, or clear aligners is welcome but not required.LET'S HAVE A CONFIDENTIAL CONVERSATION
