Job Description

Founding Associate Dentist / Equity PartnerGreen Card Sponsorship Starts Immediately | Ownership Opportunity From Day One Plainfield, Indiana | Full-Time | Private Practice This is not a traditional associate dentist position. We are building a new private dental practice in Plainfield, Indiana, and we are looking for a dentist who wants more than another associate job. We are looking for a long-term dentist partner who wants to practice dentistry, help grow a successful office, participate in ownership, and build meaningful long-term wealth through practice equity. Many dental employers discuss partnership or green-card sponsorship only after an associate has worked for them for one or two years. Our model is different. What Makes This Opportunity Different
GREEN CARD SPONSORSHIP
NO ONE-YEAR WAITING PERIOD
For an eligible dentist requiring employment-based permanent-residence sponsorship, we are prepared to begin the sponsorship process immediately rather than requiring the doctor to work for a year before the process starts. Upon acceptance of employment and confirmation of eligibility, we are prepared to engage qualified immigration counsel and begin the appropriate employment-based immigration process as soon as legally possible. Depending upon the candidate's immigration situation, temporary work-visa sponsorship may also be considered. Immigration sponsorship is subject to attorney review, federal immigration requirements, prevailing-wage requirements, and final eligibility.
OWNERSHIP FROM THE BEGINNING
We do not want to tell the right dentist: "Work for us for several years and maybe someday we will discuss partnership." For the right candidate, meaningful ownership of the Plainfield dental practice can be structured from the beginning of the relationship. There is no arbitrary one-year employment requirement before discussing ownership. We are open to structuring a substantial equity interest — potentially up to 50% ownership for the right long-term partner , depending upon the agreed financial, operational, financing, and ownership structure. The ownership agreement can be negotiated and documented at the beginning rather than being based on a vague future promise.
Possible structures may include:
Direct equity ownership Structured practice buy-in Earned equity plus purchase option Capital-contribution-based ownership Ownership associated with participation in practice financing or guarantees Other mutually agreed partnership structures Final ownership will be structured with appropriate dental, corporate, tax, lender, lease, and legal counsel and must comply with Indiana professional-licensure requirements. Why We Are Looking for a Partner Our objective is not to hire a temporary associate and replace that dentist a few years later. We want a doctor who thinks like an owner. You would have the opportunity to participate in major decisions involving: Clinical direction Practice growth Technology Staffing Patient experience Marketing Expansion Long-term strategy We believe doctors who help create the value of a practice should have the opportunity to participate in the value they create. The Practice This is an opportunity to help build and grow a private general dental practice in Plainfield, Indiana , part of the Indianapolis metropolitan area. The practice is intended to provide comprehensive dentistry with the ability to expand services based upon the partner dentist's clinical interests and experience.
Potential services may include:
Comprehensive general dentistry Restorative dentistry Crown and bridge Cosmetic dentistry Veneers and whitening Dentures and removable prosthodontics Endodontics Extractions and oral surgery Implant dentistry Emergency dentistry Pediatric/family dentistry You will have meaningful clinical autonomy within accepted standards of care. Doctors with additional interest or experience in endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, cosmetic dentistry, or comprehensive treatment planning are particularly welcome. Compensation Our goal is to create a compensation package competitive with strong Indianapolis-area associate opportunities while providing something most associate positions cannot offer: long-term ownership upside.
Compensation may include:
Competitive guaranteed W-2 compensation + production/collection incentive + practice equity Final compensation will depend upon experience, schedule, production structure, immigration requirements, and agreed ownership arrangement. Any immigration-sponsored compensation structure will meet applicable prevailing-wage and immigration requirements. Location — Plainfield, Indiana Plainfield provides the convenience of the Indianapolis metropolitan area while offering a suburban environment close to Indianapolis International Airport. It can be an excellent location for a dentist who wants access to Indianapolis without necessarily living or commuting into downtown every day. Who We Want This opportunity is particularly well suited for a dentist who says: "I don't want to remain an associate forever." You may be a strong fit if you want to: Own part of the practice where you work Build long-term equity instead of only earning clinical income Have meaningful clinical autonomy Participate in business decisions Help grow a practice rather than simply inherit someone else's systems Develop a long-term career in Indiana Become established in the United States with an employer willing to seriously support an appropriate immigration pathway Newer dentists with strong clinical motivation as well as experienced dentists are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications Applicants should have:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental program or otherwise satisfy Indiana licensure requirements Active Indiana dental license or clear eligibility to obtain one Ability to obtain appropriate DEA registration and required credentials Strong patient communication and treatment-planning skills Commitment to ethical, high-quality dentistry Interest in working collaboratively with staff and ownership Genuine interest in building a long-term practice Candidates requiring immigration sponsorship are encouraged to apply. This Position Is Probably NOT for You If… You simply want to work temporarily, produce dentistry, collect a paycheck, and move to another office within a year. There are many excellent associate positions available for that model. We are trying to find the dentist who wants to build something. This Position MAY Be for You If… You have thought: "Instead of making someone else's practice valuable for the next ten years, why don't I own part of the practice I'm helping build?" If that describes you, we should talk. Immigration-Sponsored Dentists Are Welcome We specifically welcome qualified candidates who may require an employer willing to support a legitimate long-term immigration strategy. Unlike employers that require a dentist to wait a year before even beginning the conversation, our intention is to evaluate eligibility immediately and begin the appropriate process as soon as legally permitted. No employer can guarantee approval of any immigration petition or permanent-residence application. Immigration decisions remain with the applicable federal agencies. What we can promise is that qualified candidates will not be subjected to an arbitrary one-year waiting policy before we are willing to start the process. Apply Please submit your CV/resume through Indeed. In your application, briefly answer these questions: Do you currently hold an Indiana dental license, or are you eligible for Indiana licensure? What is your current U.S. immigration/work-authorization status, if sponsorship will be required? Are you interested in practice ownership rather than remaining a long-term associate? Would you consider becoming a substantial equity partner in a Plainfield dental practice? What areas of dentistry do you most enjoy performing? Are you willing to commit long-term to growing a practice in the Indianapolis/Plainfield area? Confidential conversations are welcome. If you are a dentist who wants clinical income + immigration support + genuine ownership , we would like to hear from you.
