This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values quality patient care, strong team culture, clinical autonomy, and long-term growth within a supportive private practice setting. The practice is currently booked out with strong patient demand and averages 25+ new patients per month, with additional growth expected once a new dentist joins the team. The incoming dentist will step into a busy, modern practice with experienced clinical and administrative support. Practice Highlights Join a modern, state-of-the-art private dental practice with 6 operatories and advanced technology. The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, dentures, partials, cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, Invisalign, nitrous oxide, and limited endodontics. The team is also open to purchasing additional equipment for a dentist interested in expanding services such as endodontics or oral surgery. This position offers mentorship and support for a dentist who wants to continue developing clinical skills, especially in implant and restorative dentistry. Position Details The incoming dentist can expect to see approximately 8-10 patients per day, not including hygiene checks. The patient base is primarily adult, with a strong geriatric population and some pediatric patients. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Emergency call is supported by an answering service, with a likely rotating schedule. Compensation and Benefits Compensation includes a strong earning potential of approximately $180,000-$300,000+ annually , depending on production. The position includes an initial daily guarantee with transition to a percentage of collections.
