Job Description

Role Overview:
An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. They support community health initiatives and promote a positive image of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in team activities like morning huddles, planning, and recognizing team achievements. Provide care for patients aged 3-21, and up to 30% adult patients, managing an average caseload of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through ongoing training. Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and care quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure to practice dentistry. Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (where applicable). Passion for working with children and adults, with a focus on community health. Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-focused attitude.
