This role supports high-quality patient care while you learn from Dr. Jack Kall. Success in this position means delivering excellent clinical outcomes, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a positive, team-based practice environment on a consistent 4-day-per-week schedule. Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards. Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Perform restorative, diagnostic, and preventive dental procedures as appropriate to scope of practice. Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Document clinical findings, procedures, and follow-up plans accurately in the patient record. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient chairside flow and coordinated care. Maintain strong infection control and safety practices throughout all patient interactions.
