Job Description

Welcome to Advanced Dental Center! We are a local family owned high end dental practice with four locations around Louisville, KY. We are currently looking for an PT Endodontist to join out team! Looking for a 1 day a week commitment. Modern office with amazing technology. Busy with PPO and fee for service patients. We offer a great environment and culture!

We are offering:

1 once a week (possible rotation at different office locations) Flexible working hours Independent Contractor Requirements of the position include: Graduation from a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DDS/DMD) required. Post-graduate of a U.S. Endo program with certificate to practice Endodontics. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Kentucky. DEA registration. Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
