We are a well-established cosmetic and general dentistry practice seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team in Hammond, LA. The practice has earned over 700 five-star Google reviews, reflecting a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care. The incoming Associate Dentist will step into an immediate, full schedule from day one. The practice is booked months in advance and supported by a highly effective marketing program that consistently drives new patient flow. You'll be supported by an experienced and dedicated clinical and administrative team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. The office is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art technology, including same-day crown capabilities and implant systems, enabling efficient workflows and excellent clinical outcomes across a broad range of procedures. This provides an ideal environment for a dentist looking to expand their skill set and practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values autonomy, enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry, and is focused on building long-term patient relationships. The position offers strong earning potential and long-term stability within a highly successful practice. Pay:
$225,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
