Assistant Dental Director West Central Louisiana Position Highlights:

Comprehensive general dentistry practice with opportunities to perform additional procedures and reduce referral volume based on provider skill set and interests. Collaborative multidisciplinary team including medical, behavioral health, and dental services with plans for an in-house pharmacy by the end of 2026. Monday-Wednesday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM No call responsibilities for an excellent work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive annual base salary ranging from $185,000

• 250,000 based on experience. Productivity bonus opportunities up to $20,000 annually, paid monthly Negotiable sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance up to $3,000 Federal and State Loan Repayment Program eligibility assistance Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance covering approximately 93.5

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Eligible for dental licensure in the State of Louisiana. Comfortable practicing comprehensive general dentistry for both adult and pediatric patients.
