This is a somewhat unique opportunity designed for a dentist who enjoys patient interaction, preventive care, and relationship-based dentistry and is looking for a predictable, low-pressure clinical schedule without production quotas . The position will initially focus primarily on hygiene and preventive care for our established patient base , including periodic examinations and diagnosis. Over time, there is an opportunity to incorporate restorative and other general dental procedures based on the dentist's interests, experience, and mutual fit with the practice. Compensation is a guaranteed flat rate of $1,000 per day. There is no production requirement or production pressure. About the Position Our goal is to provide excellent care while allowing the dentist to work efficiently with appropriate clinical support. The dentist will work with a dedicated dental assistant in a staggered two-column schedule.

Typical scheduling includes:

Routine established-patient preventive visits generally scheduled in 30-minute blocks Two-column staggered scheduling with dedicated assistant support One-hour appointments for comprehensive new-patient visits Periodic and comprehensive examinations Digital radiographs and periodontal assessment as clinically appropriate Diagnosis and treatment planning Appointment times adjusted when additional clinical care is appropriate The assistant supports clinical flow, including patient seating, radiographs, room turnover, sterilization, and other appropriate duties. No Production Pressure We are looking for a dentist who appreciates thoughtful diagnosis, conservative treatment planning, and building trust with patients. The initial focus is simply to provide excellent preventive care and maintain continuity for our established patient population. Opportunity to Grow Although the position will initially be heavily preventive/hygiene-focused, we would be happy for the role to develop over time. Depending on the dentist's interests and the needs of the practice, opportunities may gradually include: Restorative dentistry, Crowns and other indirect restorations, Additional general dental procedures within the dentist's comfort level, Building an ongoing restorative patient base. There is no requirement to expand into additional procedures immediately . We are interested in finding the right long-term professional relationship first.
