Confidential Dental Organization A growing, multi-specialty dental organization is seeking a skilled Part-Time Endodontist to join an upcoming practice in the Dartmouth, Massachusetts area. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative clinical environment with an established network of general dentists and specialists and the opportunity to develop a strong internal referral base. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries involving the dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures within the provider's scope of practice. Develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans and clearly communicate recommendations to patients. Collaborate with general dentists and specialty providers on complex cases and coordinated treatment. Provide an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high standards of clinical care. Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation. Follow all applicable clinical, infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development and growth of endodontic services within the practice. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited advanced education program in Endodontics. Active Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility to obtain licensure. Current DEA registration and applicable certifications as required. Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
