Confidential Dental Organization A growing, multi-specialty dental organization is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Part-Time Pediatric Dentist to join an upcoming practice in the Dartmouth, Massachusetts area. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating positive dental experiences for children and families and enjoys working within a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Perform examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate parents and caregivers regarding oral health, preventive care, treatment options, and home care. Utilize appropriate pediatric behavior-management techniques to create a comfortable and positive patient experience. Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialty providers when multidisciplinary treatment is appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting long-term oral health. Follow all applicable clinical, infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. Support the development and growth of pediatric dental services within the practice. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency/program. Active Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility to obtain licensure. Current DEA registration and applicable certifications as required. Strong pediatric clinical and behavior-management skills. Excellent communication skills and a patient- and family-centered approach. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment. Position Highlights Part-time opportunity.
