We are looking for an excellent long-term fit, and ownership is motivated to provide a leadership or partnership track for the right doctor.
Required:
2 years of post-educational practice experience. Practicing at Newton Corner Dental Care offers: Unmatched earning potential
  • $1,000,000+ personal production schedule from day one
  • , with low insurance participation (In-network with Delta, BCBS only) Large active patient base, and ample new patient patient flow (70-80+ per month, and growing!

  • While not required for the position, the practice is motivated to establish a near-term path to partnership/equity with our doctors following a period of acquaintance. What we're looking for: Excellent communication skills

Actual compensation is determined by doctor performance.
