Moonstone Healing is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and client-centered licensed mental health therapist to provide in-person therapy services to our Massachusetts clients. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others heal while embracing a collaborative, holistic approach to mental wellness. Our ideal clinician is warm, authentic, and values creating a safe, supportive space where clients can grow.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual individual therapy sessions. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions. Collaborate with our supportive team as needed. Maintain ethical and professional standards of care.

Qualifications:

Active independent licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Rhode Island licensure is a plus. Professional liability insurance. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred.
