Our dentists are supported by experienced clinical teams and a strong operational team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care to children and their families. You'll step into a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, providing the opportunity to quickly build and maintain a productive schedule. This opportunity offers modern technology and the support of a superbly trained clinical team experienced in pediatric care. Full-time dentists enjoy paid time off and reimbursements for continuing education and malpractice insurance. This role is ideal for a Pediatric Dentist who values clinical autonomy, strong patient demand, and the support needed to succeed in a collaborative, child-focused environment. Compensation includes a competitive percentage of collections with an initial daily guarantee to support a smooth transition into the practice.
Schedule :
