Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care and will possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. This role requires proficiency in Pediatric dentistry, with an emphasis on patient assessment and treatment planning. The Dentist will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring the highest standards of dental care are met for all patients. Dentist will work Tue, Wed, Fri in Damascus and Thur at Frederick location. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to Preventive, Restorative, Sedation Dentistry. Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the treatment process. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry setting to optimize patient flow and efficiency. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate patients and Parents on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Manage pediatric patients with sensitivity and professionalism in a dental clinic environment. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Active dental license for Maryland Strong skills in patient care, assessment, and communication. Experience or training in pediatrics is preferred but not required. Proficiency in endodontics is a plus. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental practices. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

In-office Sedation Certification Hospital or surgery center accreditation Pay information: The daily base pay rate is based adjusted production or collection depending on type of employment.
