Join Our Multi-Location Dental Practice in Maryland! Our growing, multi-doctor dental practice is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our team in Gaithersburg, Maryland . With additional locations in Wheaton and Langley Park , we provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population and pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment for both our patients and our team. We serve a large Spanish-speaking community and are looking for a provider who is either bilingual or comfortable working with Spanish-speaking patients while our staff translates. We focus on comprehensive general dentistry , with a strong flow of bread-and-butter procedures — but we also welcome dentists who are interested in more advanced treatment including endo, oral surgery, prosthodontics, or cosmetic work. You'll have the clinical autonomy and support to grow your skills and pursue your interests.

Who We're Looking For:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Licensed to practice in Maryland Solid clinical foundation in general dentistry (restorative, endo, etc.) Willingness to collaborate with team and contribute to patient-first care Motivated to grow personally and professionally — we'll support your development!
