General DentistHagerstown, MDmd-as-11687Our well-established dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our experienced team! Candidates should ideally have at least 1 year of clinical experience, but we are open to 2026 Graduates. All applicants must be proficient in comprehensive exams, treatment planning, restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges), implant restoration, simple extractions and endodontics, as well as partial and full dentures.

Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
• Family-oriented, primarily serving Adult patients (80%)
• Several Dental Assistants and Hygienists on site

• Provider sees up to 15 patients per day

Dentist:

• Daily Guarantee for 6 months
• Base Salary (Plus a tiered compensation package after $30K collected)

• Full Time (32-36 hours a week)
• Monday - Thursday (Off by 6:00 pm)
