We are a multiple location PRIVATE dental practice experiencing growth and an increasing patient base. We have an existing oral surgeon and periodontist and are in need of another Oral Surgeon to help with the strong in-house, as well as, outside referrals! The ideal candidate will possess the following: BE/BC and offer compassionate and quality patient care with strong communication skills DDS/DMD from an OMFS residency accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation Current, valid license to practice dentistry in Maryland and other pertinent certifications as required by the state to include- CPR, ACLS, DEA, Class III anesthesia permit, etc

Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans Collaborate with general dentists on referral cases, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which follow the most current accepted professional standards Continue to uphold and improve clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities Practice qualities: Modern facilities and equipment Established clinical staff and business support Flexible hours possible: part-time/full time/contract Clinical autonomy to diagnose and treat patients; with additional OS support if/when needed Competitive earning potential

PRIVATE PRACTICE

is a multiple location dental practice and will refer to you in one of 2 locations; these 2 locations are equipped for OS with dedicated and trained assistants. Heavy focus of dentoalveolar surgery and implant surgery with opportunities beyond for those interested. We provide our team members with the support and resources so that s/he can deliver superior care with clinical autonomy in a collaborative, patient-centric environment!
