Ideal Candidate We're looking for a provider who: Is a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with pediatric experience Has a genuine passion for working with children Has a calm, positive approach with anxious young patients Is comfortable treating children with special healthcare needs Values teamwork, compassion, and patient relationships Enjoys working in a busy pediatric dental environment DDS/DMD candidates with a Maryland dental license (or eligibility) are encouraged to apply.
