Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to provide comprehensive dental services. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions while ensuring a positive experience for patients. Your expertise in general dentistry, along with specialized skills in prosthodontics and patient assessment, will be essential in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software Softdent. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and treatment methodologies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license and ability to pass all required background checks. Proficiency in general dentistry practices and familiarity with dental terminology. Experience with prosthodontics is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of medical terminology and its application in dentistry. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
