Our office is looking for a Part-Time who can transition to Full-Time, friendly and vibrant associate dentist to join our team. We are a newly renovated and growing dental office in Upper Marlboro, MD, with a fantastic team and a wonderful patient base. We are committed to fostering a friendly and collaborative work place that provides excellent clinical care and customer experience.

Duties:

• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, removable dentures.
• Perform dental hygiene procedures for new and recall patients.
• Conduct dental hygiene examinations and develop treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in good standing
• Knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and equipment
• Proficiency in dental coding and documentation systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients Compensation is flexible based on experience and production with opportunities for growth.
