Dentist Opening in MichiganFull timeCadillac, MiPosition Highlights Join a collaborative, patient-centered dental practice committed to providing comprehensive oral healthcare. Flexible 4- or 5-day work week with no weekends and no call responsibilities, allowing for an outstanding work-life balance. Patients are assigned to individual dentists, promoting continuity of care and long-term patient relationships. Work alongside experienced dentists in a collaborative environment that encourages mentorship and treatment planning. Wide variety of procedures performed in-office, including restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, endodontics, dentures, partials, and extractions. Support from one to two dedicated dental assistants per provider. Integrated practice with on-site medical services and pharmacy to enhance coordinated patient care. Visa sponsorship available.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive salaried position with productivity bonus opportunities. Quarterly retention bonuses. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited school of dentistry. Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Michigan dental license. Michigan Controlled Substance License. DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care.
