Overview Join a well-established, privately owned dental practice in the southwest Twin Cities is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist ready to bring advanced clinical skills into a practice built to support them. This opportunity suits a dentist with capabilities in areas like implants, advanced restorative and cosmetic care, clear aligner therapy, endodontics, or complex treatment planning, who wants an experienced team and modern technology to put those skills to work. Responsibilities Provide high-quality dental care including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages. Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental histories, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging to develop effective treatment plans. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care to promote understanding and comfort. Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflow using practice management software. Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental diagnosis, patient care, and dental fabrication techniques. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and healthcare diagnosis standards.
