$60,000 Sign-On Bonus!!! We currently have a doctor associate opportunity at our Duluth/Downtown Practice location.

Starting Wage Range:

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
