Your Role As a Registered Dental Hygienist in our Lakeville location, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding periodontal care and supporting our surgical team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine traditional hygiene skills with the chance to participate directly in periodontal and implant procedures. You'll collaborate with our periodontist, surgical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure every patient receives exceptional, personalized care from consultation through recovery. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and diagnostic imaging. Provide preventive and therapeutic treatments, such as scaling and root planning, fluoride application, and oral hygiene instruction. Educate patients on periodontal health, home care, and treatment options. Assist in preparing patients for periodontal and implant surgeries, including reviewing medical histories and explaining pre- and post-operative instructions. Participate in surgical procedures as trained, expanding your skill set as a surgical assistant or diagnostic technician. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Support a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment following OSHA and infection control standards. Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration

Compensation details:
50-60 Hourly Wage
