Pediatric Dentistry , we are a well-established, single-owner private practice in the Kansas City Metro area with an excellent reputation for patient experience, conservative treatment, and exceptional customer service. Our modern, spacious facility features state-of-the-art equipment and technology, along with an experienced, long-term support team that allows our doctors to focus on what they do best—providing outstanding patient care. We are proudly owner-operated and are not part of a corporate chain or private equity group. As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to welcome another Pediatric Dentist to our team. This position is designed around a four-day workweek , offering an excellent balance between a rewarding clinical career and time outside the office. For the right candidate, we are also open to a five-day schedule. We have strong patient volumes and an established referral base, and we're serious about keeping our new dentist busy and productive from the start. That's why we offer a guaranteed base of $1,750 per day or 30% of all collections, including hygiene, whichever is greater . Our clinical support model is another thing that sets our practice apart. Our experienced team includes a hygienist who administers painless anesthesia and three Expanded Functions Dental Assistants (EFDAs) who place restorations , allowing our pediatric dentists to work efficiently and focus their time and expertise where they have the greatest impact. Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Ability to be licensed to practice in state and meet other applicable state requirements Pediatric Dental Certification Compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA training, etc.) Ability to work well with children of all ages. Ability to adapt to different needs and techniques. Ability to work under pressure and who understands and follows the business structure set forth by Hello! Pediatric Dentistry. Ability to work professionally with confidential, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external. 50% Insurance Premiums paid. 401k with employer match Paid malpractice insurance Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work within the established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization. English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
