Associate:

Full-time clinical role in a small cosmetic-focused private practice. Not a DSO floor. Not 30-40 patients a day.

Owner / successor:

Equity ownership is available. The founder is retiring and wants a leader who will protect the patient base and the reputation he built. You do not have to decide on day one. Start as associate; talk ownership once both sides have seen the fit.
