This is an exciting opportunity to help establish dental services in a growing community while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. As a Dentist at Swope Health, you will provide comprehensive oral healthcare, educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and help expand access to quality dental services. National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Opportunity This position may be eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) student loan repayment, subject to program requirements and individual approval. What We Are Looking For Patient-centered and committed to compassionate care Passionate about improving access to oral healthcare Skilled at building trust with patients and colleagues Collaborative and team-oriented Dedicated to clinical excellence and patient safety Excited to help grow dental services at a new clinic Committed to advancing health equity in our community What You'll Do Diagnose and treat oral health conditions Develop patient-centered treatment plans Perform preventive, restorative, surgical, and prosthetic procedures within the scope of practice Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Supervise dental support staff as required Maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Help create a welcoming and patient-centered culture at the clinic Required Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Current Kansas and Missouri dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure Current BLS certification Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a clinical dental setting.
