Why Choose This Opportunity All aspects of Orthodontics 4 day work week Fully supported office with staff Turn-key practice, replace a retiring Orthodontist Earn $500,000+ Patients are on a waiting list, walk right into a thriving, busy practice Duties Diagnose orthodontic conditions through comprehensive patient assessments, including medical and dental history review and clinical examinations Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing advanced orthodontic techniques and appliances such as braces, aligners, retainers, and other corrective devices Perform orthodontic procedures with precision, ensuring optimal outcomes for both pediatric and adult patients Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive dental care, including dental extractions, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and implants when necessary Maintain accurate medical documentation, dental records, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Utilize dental imaging technology to assess oral structures and monitor treatment progress effectively Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment expectations, and post-treatment care to ensure successful outcomes Experience Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with a focus on orthodontics and general dentistry procedures Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and medical imaging techniques Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, oral surgery procedures, and prosthodontics treatments is preferred Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages—especially pediatrics—and explain complex procedures clearly Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws to ensure compliance in all aspects of patient care Skilled in client communication to foster trust and ensure patient satisfaction throughout the treatment process #LV100
