Job Description
Associate Dentist - Watson Pointe Dental Watson Pointe Dental is seeking an experienced, personable Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a confident clinician who enjoys building relationships with patients, works well with a team, and can provide high-quality dentistry in a productive practice environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who is friendly, motivated, easygoing, and brings a positive attitude and sense of humor to the workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience along with the ability to maintain an efficient pace of production. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Hold an active Missouri dental license Have 5+ years of dental experience Demonstrate strong clinical skills and an efficient pace of production Be friendly, personable, motivated, and easygoing Have excellent communication and patient-care skills Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team Be comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry Ideally be available to begin before December Preferred Clinical Skills Additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable: Molar endodontics Pediatric dentistry Implant placement Schedule This is a full-time position, working approximately 16 days per month, with the daily schedule structured according to the practice/SDM schedule. About You We're looking for more than clinical ability. The right dentist will be someone who connects easily with patients and teammates, has a good sense of humor, and can contribute to a comfortable and positive practice environment. Previous experience and the ability to work at a productive clinical pace are especially important to the practice.
