• Full-time role, 3 ½ days per week
• Established, busy patient schedule from day one 35-40 patients per day.

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Certificate of completion in Orthodontics from an accredited U.S. post-graduate residency program
• Active, valid Montana dental license (or ability to obtain one)
• Medicaid provider number and NPI number (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.)
