- Full-time role, 3 ½ days per week
- Established, busy patient schedule from day one 35-40 patients per day.

- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate of completion in Orthodontics from an accredited U.S. post-graduate residency program
- Active, valid Montana dental license (or ability to obtain one)
- Medicaid provider number and NPI number (or ability to obtain)
- Certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.)
