Duties and Responsibilities Develop, teach, and assess didactic, laboratory and clinical classes using traditional and alternative delivery methods, as permitted by the faculty member's current degree. Supervise and instruct students completing course and clinical requirements Advise students in the dental hygiene program Participate in college activities and committees beyond one's discipline Regularly attend program meetings and collaborate with colleagues, within the department and across campus. Required Qualifications - Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum of two years of clinical dental hygiene experience Demonstrates strong written, oral, electronic and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrates strong computer skills License to practice as a registered dental hygienist in Montana with a local anesthesia endorsement Preferred Qualifications - Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program Experience in teaching didactic and/or clinicals.
