Job Description

Associate Dentist Our established and patient-focused dental practice is seeking a motivated and professional Associate Dentist to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions Develop and present individualized treatment plans Provide quality general dentistry services including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient care and office flow Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Maintain a professional and compassionate chairside manner Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active dental license in good standing Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive compensation package Established patient base Supportive and experienced clinical team Modern technology and equipment Continuing education opportunities Positive and professional work environment Flexible scheduling options Schedule Full-time
