We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental practice in Cary, NC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and prosthodontics, while working with a supportive team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics Assess patient needs through thorough patient examinations and medical/dental history reviews Maintain accurate medical/dental records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures Use dental imaging technology and interpret results for diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Requirements Valid NC state dental license with current credentials to practice as an Associate Dentist Proven experience in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics Proficiency with dental practice management software - we use Dentrix Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance We would value at least two years of experience, or completion of a GPR or AEGD program Excellent patient care skills with a focus on thorough patient assessment and effective communication Join us at Wake Dental Care where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives!
