Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and possess a comprehensive understanding of dental practices. This role involves performing various dental procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to provide exceptional service and promote oral health. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions. Perform dental extractions, fillings, root canals, and other restorative procedures. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Proven experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. $220,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
