Our practice has proudly provided quality dental care to patients ages 0-18 for over 26 years. Visit our website to see our office, team, and patient experience: www.jeffrieskidsdental.com Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients (ages 0-18), including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning Perform a full range of dental procedures in a safe, efficient, and child-friendly manner Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Create a positive, fun, and comfortable environment to ensure an excellent patient experience Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to maintain smooth daily operations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance regulations Manage patient flow and maintain productivity in a high-volume practice setting Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and team members Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in pediatric dentistry Experience Pediatric Dentistry experience is preferred, but General Dentists with a strong passion for treating children are encouraged to apply Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume dental practice is a plus Comfortable providing care to patients ages 0-18 Strong ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents Experience working with diverse patient populations, including bilingual environments , is a plus New graduates are welcome to apply if you have a genuine interest in pediatric dentistry and a willingness to learn
