We also maintain relationships with excellent local specialists and encourage collaboration and referrals when appropriate. Dentist Responsibilities Perform comprehensive examinations and evaluate patients' overall oral health Diagnose dental conditions using appropriate diagnostic tools and clinical procedures Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans Provide high-quality general and advanced dental care, including restorative procedures, root canals, surgical extractions, and other indicated treatments Perform procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care Coordinate patient care with dental specialists when appropriate Communicate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff regarding patient treatment plans Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, and preventive care Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Follow all office policies, OSHA requirements, infection-control protocols, and applicable safety standards Provide an exceptional patient experience with a compassionate and professional chairside manner Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school Current and unrestricted North Carolina dental license in good standing CPR/BLS certification New graduates are encouraged to apply. $200,685.91 - $350,000.00 per year
