Our Plymouth office at Pruitt and Earp Dentistry is looking to hire an associate dentist. About UsPruitt and Earp Dentistry is a well-established and rapidly growing practice in Greenville and Plymouth, NC. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality care, leveraging advanced technology, and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment for both our staff and patients. Plymouth is a small town right off the Roanoke River. Its about 45 minutes from Greenville, NC and an hour to the outer banks. Its ideal for someone who enjoys the scenic outdoors and likes day trips to North Carolina coastal communities.

Position OverviewWe're seeking an Associate Dentist to join our Plymouth, NC office on a full-time schedule:

Four full days each week in PlymouthOne half-day on a Friday each monthKey ResponsibilitiesPerform a broad range of dental procedures, from routine cleanings and exams to more complex treatments, aligned with your expertise and confidence.

Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals.

Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.

Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.

QualificationsDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform both routine and complex restorative procedures.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.

Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a positive practice culture.
