Job Description
We are a well-established, patient-centered dental group seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our Raleigh, NC practice. This is a full-time opportunity for a clinician who is confident in their skills, values autonomy, and is ready to step into a practice with an established patient base and consistent daily volume and comfortable seeing Medicaid. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorative, extractions, and preventive care Develop and present treatment plans with a focus on patient education and case acceptance Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a well-equipped, organized practice environment Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and outstanding patient experience What We're Looking For DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school 3-10 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting Strong foundation in restorative and comprehensive dentistry Confidence in diagnosis, treatment planning, and case presentation A doctor who takes pride in their work and values long-term patient relationships Compensation & Benefits Daily production guarantee during ramp period — protected income while you settle in Competitive percentage of adjusted production — your effort drives your earnings Continuing education allowance Malpractice coverage provided Supportive clinical and administrative team so you can focus on dentistry Why This Opportunity This is not a startup situation.
