The ideal candidate will have:

A completed residency or at least 5 years of clinical experience Strong clinical skills and confidence with more complex procedures Proficiency in molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and crown & bridge A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, established single-doctor practice with a strong reputation and loyal patient base. 2 days per week, Mondays and Wednesdays We are actively seeking a passionate, hardworking Associate Dentist to join our growing PPO and fee-for-service practice in East Windsor, NJ. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the freedom to practice your own style of dentistry while benefiting from a supportive team and established practice systems, allowing you to focus on patient-centered care and clinical excellence . Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the teeth, gums, and related oral structures Perform comprehensive patient examinations using X-rays, dental instruments, and other diagnostic tools Restore, extract, and replace teeth using appropriate restorative materials, instruments, medications, and surgical techniques Provide preventive dental care and educate patients on proper oral and dental hygiene Coordinate and communicate with dental laboratories as needed Follow all applicable safety protocols, including OSHA and bloodborne pathogen requirements and proper use of protective equipment Participate in morning huddles, chart reviews, and office meetings Perform other duties and responsibilities permitted under applicable state laws and regulations Qualifications DDS or DMD degree Active New Jersey dental license Completion of a dental residency program or approximately 5 years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality patient care Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach Why Join Us?
