PPO & FFS

| 30-35% Collections We are seeking a friendly, experienced, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established family dental practice as a part-time associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys providing quality comprehensive care and is looking for a stable, supportive private-practice environment without the pressures and corporate feel of a large DSO. Our practice has an established patient base and treats PPO and FFS patients only . We do not accept Medicaid, DMO, or capitated plans . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their dentistry, develops strong relationships with patients, communicates well, and works well with the entire dental team. The Position Part-time General Dentist Associate 1-2 days per week

Friday:

9:00 AM

• 5:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM

• 3:00 PM Friday and Saturday schedules are flexible and negotiable Opportunity for additional days as the schedule develops Established practice with an existing patient base PPO and FFS patients No Medicaid, DMO, or capitated insurance plans

Compensation:

30-35% of collections , based on experience and qualifications Experience We prefer candidates with at least 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry. We are particularly interested in dentists who are comfortable independently diagnosing and treating patients and who have developed strong clinical judgment and chairside communication skills.
