Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dentist or specialist to join a modern, specialty-integrated dental practice located in Northwest Hoboken . This is a collections-based associate opportunity for a doctor who is looking to take ownership of a patient base within an established, high-demand clinical environment. The ideal candidate is motivated to grow long-term within a thriving practice. About the Practice Our office is a fully modern, technology-driven practice with a strong focus on specialty dentistry . We primarily treat pediatric patients, along with a significant base of families and adult airway patients who require coordinated care. The practice is located in a rapidly growing residential area of Northwest Hoboken, surrounded by new luxury high-rise developments and young families, with convenient access to NYC transportation. Technology & Clinical Environment Solea laser Fully digital workflow- CBCT, Itero Modern, fully equipped operatories High-end clinical environment designed for efficiency and patient comfort Strong internal referral base from pediatric and airway cases Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care Diagnose, plan, and manage full treatment cases independently Build and maintain a growing pediatric patient base Collaborate with in-house specialty providers when appropriate Deliver excellent patient experience and communication with families Ideal Candidate dentist with prior clinical experience at least 3 years Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning ability Excellent communication and bedside manner with children and parents Interested in long-term growth within a private practice setting Comfortable operating independently with full clinical autonomy Understands and values a collections-based compensation structure with ownership of patient care Compensation Percentage of collections (competitive and commensurate with experience) Significant growth potential based on patient volume and production Opportunity to build a long-term patient base within an established practice What Makes This Opportunity Unique Strong internal referral network (including airway and family patients) High-growth residential area with expanding patient base Integrated specialty environment Opportunity to develop and expand the pediatric division within the practice
Pay:
$116,871.47 - $140,748.44 per year
