Candidate must possess strong diagnostic and clinical skills. This is a unique opportunity for Dentists looking to earn income without the administrative responsibilities, "selling of dentistry", or overhead costs associated with a traditional private practice. Perfect Smiles Dental manages all staffing, documentation, invoicing/billing, and ordering of dental supplies, including PPE and instrumentation.
We offer:
Flexible scheduling Dental assistant provided Direct payment vs. waiting for collections Long-term supplemental income Responsibilities Perform dental services within designated hours of operations. Utilize universal precautions for patient dental care. Exam, diagnose and treat patients consistent with professional standards and defined scope of service. Document patients' needs for every dental encounter utilizing the SOAP format, update the patient health history, and obtain patient consent prior to delivering of care. Keep patient information confidential and respect patients' rights to privacy, in accordance with accepted confidentiality practices for incarcerated individuals. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of Dentistry Medicine (DDS/DMD) Experienced clinician preferred Recent graduates encouraged to apply One (1) year of experience preferred Active and unrestricted State Dental License Excellent organizational skills Strong written and oral communication skills Arabic speaking is a plus
