- $50K Retention/Signing Bonus Join an established, busy dental practice in the highly sought-after community of Rio Rancho, NM, a suburb of Albuquerque, one hour from Santa Fe and the mountains. The group is looking for a new general dentist to join the staff, with the goal of achieving equity in the group over time. Prioritize both work and family with the ultimate work/life balance.
