Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to scheduled appointments Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and families Maintain accurate insurance records within the practice management system Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve eligibility and coverage questions Collaborate with front office and billing teams to ensure accurate patient information Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements Previous dental or medical insurance verification experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
