They are seeking a full time periodontist for 4 or 5 days a week, depending on preference. This private office has many referrals already as they have been in the community for many years. They have a long term periodontist that is retiring, so they have a busy referral base already developed. They average over 1,600 new patient referrals each year. They are a fee for service office. The office is a beautiful one in a great location. It is completely state of the art , with digital work flows, CBCT, guided surgery, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry and PRF. They have an experienced and well trained team . There is wonderful collaboration and or mentoring as well. They are offering a 425K guaranteed salary or 40% of net production, whichever is highers. Health insurance, and continuing education stipend. There is buy-in potential as well, if interested but certainly not required.
