Job Description

We're building something special in Auburn, NY — a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental office — and we're looking for a dedicated, patient-focused General Dentist to join our team. You'll have the freedom to tailor care to your patients and the tools you need to deliver excellent outcomes. What you'll find here A newly built facility with up-to-date technology and modern operatories. The freedom to select preferred products and tools — we'll purchase what you need. A collaborative, supportive team committed to an outstanding patient experience. A predictable Monday-Thursday schedule (7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) to support work-life balance. Flexibility to split time between our main office and school-based dental locations. Compensation & benefits Annual salary range: $185,000-$220,000, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision (eligible the first of the month after hire). 401(k) with up to 4% employer match.
Paid time off package:
PTO, 9 observed holidays, and 2 floating holidays. Relocation assistance and tuition reimbursement. Health savings account, life insurance, and employee assistance program. Flexible scheduling options. Who we're looking for DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active New York State Dental License in good standing. A strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Dentrix and Medent is a plus. Comfortable working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapting to different practice settings.
